1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using any part of our services, you agree to become bound by the Terms and Conditions of this agreement. If you do not agree to all the Terms and Conditions of this agreement, then you may not access our services.

2. Description of Services

Yiwu Style provides a range of business support services in Yiwu, China, including but not limited to: supplier verification, product sourcing, factory tour coordination, translation and negotiation assistance, quality control, and logistics support. The specific services provided to you will be outlined in a separate service agreement, proposal, or invoice.

3. Client Responsibilities

As a client, you agree to:

• Provide accurate, complete, and timely information necessary for us to perform our services
• Cooperate with our team in a timely manner to facilitate the provision of services
• Adhere to all applicable laws and regulations in your jurisdiction and in China
• Ensure that any products sourced comply with all relevant safety, quality, and import regulations

4. Fees and Payment

Service Fees: Fees for our services will be communicated to you in advance through a proposal, quotation, or service agreement. All fees are quoted in USD unless otherwise specified.

Payment Terms: Payment terms will be specified in your service agreement or invoice. Typically, a deposit may be required before services commence, with the balance due upon completion or at agreed-upon milestones.

Late Payments: We reserve the right to suspend or terminate services for late payments. Interest may be charged on overdue amounts at a rate of 1.5% per month or the maximum rate permitted by law, whichever is lower.

5. Limitation of Liability

No Guarantees: While we strive to provide the highest quality services and minimize risks, we do not guarantee the success of any business venture, the quality of third-party products, or the absence of unforeseen issues in international trade.

Maximum Liability: Our total liability to you for any claim will at all times be limited to the amount paid by you to Yiwu Style for the services giving rise to the claim in the six (6) months preceding the date of the claim.

6. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

These Terms shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of the People’s Republic of China. Any dispute shall be settled by arbitration in Yiwu, China, in accordance with the rules of the China International Economic and Trade Arbitration Commission (CIETAC).
